Dinner

 

One of those moments that I decide to write something which looks a bit out of nowhere. And with a weird photo from the phone.

I'm in few Facebook groups for photographers. Two of the groups made for women only. With one I already went out once from my comfort zone and I was leading a photography trour at Tel Aviv. Last night I went out my comfort zone with the other group. A group with two admins. They created couple of dinners for some photographers from the group who were registered on time. I registered for the second one. It took a part last night at Jaffa, at the apartment of one of them. They gave lots of wine (it's possible that I was drinking  bit too much). Each one of the photographers who joined them needed to bring something to eat that all of us will share. For my happiness - the order was to bring only vegetarian food. I could eat everything, and all the things that I ate was good (I know that I brought some good food from a cool deli, but the others brought some good food as well). 12 photographers, none brought a camera and there is not even one decent photo from dinner itself. During the dinner we were talking. Each one told what is her photography zone, I was happy to find out that no one takes the "ordinary" things of women photography. Some of them I knew before through Facebook. First time that I met all in real life. 

It was fun. Really fun. I enjoyed meeting some interesting women/colleagues and to know them. I enjoyed the food and wine. And because of the situation - there is only one photo that I took in the end of dinner, a photo that I took with my phone... So, here's a phone photo of my plate after I ate and drank too much

  I had a photography session for the musician Sivan Refaeli. It  was fir she will have some pro photos for a cover of her first album and some singles. It was outdoors, because of the weather we changed the date of doing it. When we did it - it was fun. Not only that we used all the time we gave for it - I took some more photos than I meant to do.
